Community ServicesOne of the stated aims of Children's Centres is to provide integrated education, health and support services and information to the local community. This is a key part of the Government's strategy to deliver better health and education outcomes for children and families.
Cartwheel's Children's Centre is developing a range of services to ensure the delivery of better outcomes in the local community. We have a bright accessible facility where children of all ages can take part in a range of activities, including infant massage, a toddler group and an out of school club.
A growing number of groups offering information support and advice on topics such as ante-natal, parenting and children with special needs are using the Centre as a venue.
It is our aim to become a focal point for the local community.
